airBaltic operates 47 Airbus A220-300 aircraft, with plans to operate a fleet of 100 aircraft by 2030. They are significantly expanding and looking for experienced pilots to strengthen their Pilot community.
While they don't currently offer Direct Entry Captain positions, they provide a fast track to command for skilled pilots who demonstrate experience, performance and leadership.
Required skills
- EASA ATPL or Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL subjects);
- EASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate;
- ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English language or higher;
- 2750 hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems;
- 1500 hours on CS25 (MTOW > 5,7t);
- Clean Criminal Record;
- Excellent CRM;
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation and commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility.
