- Maximun height: 186cm
- Arm reach: 212cm
- Languages: English
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Applications can only be considered for candidates who have the right to work in the United Kingdom without restriction or sponsorship
- Height between 163cm-186cm
- Minimum reach of 212cm from the ground (fingertips must reach past 212cm, enabling overhead emergency equipment to be reached)
- Minimum arm span of 127cm (knuckles must reach at least 127cm apart, replicating the holding of emergency aircraft exit door handles)
- The ability to demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills to effectively follow or implement safety instructions
- Demonstrable customer service experience in a premium service environment
- An excellent level of health and fitness, including the ability to swim 50 metres fully clothed and tread water for 3 minutes, unassisted. A water assessment will need to be completed prior to start of training
