- 300 hours as a flight instructor;
- Cirrus experience preferred
- IFR in congested airspace, mountain flying, extensive IMC, and night experience preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Courseware development experience is preferred
- Presentation skills preferred
- CFII rating;
- FAA 1st or 2nd class medical required
