Flair Airlines is looking for Inflight Supervisor to be based in Toronto, ON.

Required skills

• Languages: English

• Minimum 3years direct line experience as a Flight Attendant
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid company Flight Attendant; Inflight Director (IFD) and Trainer qualifications
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance with federal aviation authorities and other relevant regulatory agencies
• Clear criminal record check
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate and direct subordinates
• Experience managing unionized employees an asset
• Demonstrated ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with frequent interruptions while managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks and assignments
• Demonstrated high degree of interpersonal skill and ability
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to be away from home overnight for extended periods of time
• Ability to work irregular hours, evenings, weekends and holidays with a schedule that varies, often on short notice. Incumbent may be scheduled any hour of the day, or any day of the week or year
