Required skills
- Languages: English, German
- Several years of professional experience in aviation are of benefit
- Service orientation, the ability to work in a team and high resilience, especially in stressful situations
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Good to very good knowledge of German and English, in both written and spoken language
- Willingness to work flexible in shifts
- Class B or equivalent driver's license required, safe driving experience
- Very good MS Office skills
- Impeccable certificate of good conduct
